For transport, the Bến xe Thành Bưởi - Hàng Xanh bus station is 550 m from the apartments, and the Bến Bình An ferry terminal is 750 m away. Saigon Railway Station is 5 km away, and Tan Son Nhat International Airport is 5.8 km away, so the airport is within a short taxi ride of the complex.

Chợ Văn Thánh, the local market, is 750 m away, and the Chùa Văn Thánh pagoda is 900 m from the building. The Bến Thảo Điền ferry terminal is 1 km away, in the Thảo Điền area, which is the city's expatriate quarter.
